On Tuesday Apple released iOS 5.1.1 update for iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPod touch (3rd generation) and later. The update also includes iPad 1, iPad 2 and the new iPad to address some major fixes, as well as layering minor issues with the update. One such issue is related to the Safari browser’s URL Spoofing. This could be used by a malicious website to redirect its users to a spoofed website that visually appears to be a legitimate website. The update also repairs bugs that affected AirPlay video Playbook.
